The ASRock PG27QFT2A is a product that rightly bears the term gaming! With the PG27QFT2A, ASRock delivers a true 1440p gaming flat screen that produces clear and high-contrast images with its super smooth 180Hz refresh rate.
The PG27QFT2A does not suffer from annoying image errors, even if the viewing angle stability and brightness distribution are not quite optimal. On the other hand, the display delivers rich colors that clearly exceed the sRGB color space and thus ensure a particularly colorful gaming spectacle. For a sound spectacle, however, it is better to use a headset or sound system instead of the integrated speakers.
The Phantom Gaming Monitor is very flexible when it comes to positioning thanks to the generous adjustment ranges and the integrated VESA 100×100 mount. However, the connection options are less flexible, as USB-C and a USB hub have been omitted. However, the 3.5mm audio socket and the two Wi-Fi antennas will certainly be appreciated outside of our test editorial team.
On top of that, the ASRock PG27QFT2A scores with particularly low power consumption despite its high brightness and, at currently around 230 Euro, also with a relatively low price for a 180Hz 1440p monitor with IPS panel.
