The Eizo FlexScan EV3450XC monitor offers an excellent IPS panel, enables intuitive operation via touch elements, has a wide range of connection options and optimum ergonomic adjustment via the first-class monitor stand, which can be extensively tilted, rotated and adjusted in height!
In addition to the really good workmanship and the very well-designed stand as well as the integrated webcam with two NC microphones and two 4W speakers, we were particularly impressed by the extremely versatile connectivity. Not only are there two HDMI inputs and a DisplayPort connection, but also a USB-C connection with PowerDelivery, i.e. the notebook’s power supply via USB with up to 94 watts. Other connections such as the side USB-C and USB-A ports with integrated KVM switch functionality and a LAN port enable uncomplicated operation on multiple PC or Mac systems without the need for an additional multiport USB-C hub.
Only the price is unfortunately a little higher, although this Eizo FlexScan is really Premium Plus and you immediately notice how well the UWQHD monitor has been thought through. In return, there are no additional costs for an ergonomic stand or KVM switch and webcam. Eizo also offers a full five-year warranty including on-site replacement service (note the manufacturer’s specifications), which is highly recommended for productive operation.
