We already tested the current Arctic Accelero Hybrid III 140 graphics card cooler on OCinside.de. Today we are testing the Arctic Accelero Twin Turbo II, an universal graphics card cooler from Arctic. Since the Arctic Twin Turbo II is available for a few years now, we are curious to see if it can still handle current graphics cards like a Palit GeForce GTX 1070 Ti Dual.
