Cooler Master creates a well-rounded package with the MK770, which is why the three-digit price is certainly appropriate. In general, pressing the keys is very pleasant and fluid, with clear acoustic feedback. The keyboard therefore sounds much more valuable than the average office solution.
On the outside, the Cooler Master MK770 keyboard has a stylish design, while the adjustable profiles and modifiable LEDs offer an advantage in terms of internal values.
The attached roller as a special feature certainly fulfills its purpose, whereby some independent buttons can only be used as a secondary function via the Cooler Master activation button. However, this does not prevent the role profiles from being useful as such. The volume control in games and switching between music tracks are very practical.
Helpful extras such as the hot-swap switches and the tool for lifting out the keys fit in well with this price range.
If you prefer, you can purchase a slightly more colorful version of the same keyboard with the “Macaron” variant. However, the contrast between plain grey and the option to switch to the colorful LEDs gives the MK770 “Space Grey” a wide range of visual applications.
