Like the previous Micron SSDs, the Crucial SSD is equipped with a temperature sensor that can be queried correctly with Microsoft Windows 10. Temperatures above 40°C are by the way no rarity with M.2 SSDs even in idle, but we will discuss the M.2 temperatures again on the practical test page.
