With the Crucial P310 in the form factor 2230, Crucial offers an extremely fast and affordable SSD for gaming handhelds such as the Valve Steam Deck, Asus ROG Ally or MSI Claw. If you plug it into a small housing with a USB Type-C port, you get an extremely fast USB stick with a decent capacity. Alternatively, it can also be used in mini PCs or notebooks.
As the price suggests, there are of course also a few compromises in the feature set, so the P310 unfortunately does not support OPAL and a TBW value of 220 TB is also not outstanding. This SSD is therefore only suitable for critical data to a limited extent.
Despite the small shortcomings, the P310 offers high performance at a reasonable price and therefore receives our OCinside.de Price Tip Award.
