The following picture shows the front of the small 80 x 22 mm Intel 600p 512GB M.2 NVMe SSD board with the product number, size and firmware version on the sticker. In addition you can see the controller IC, the LPDDR3 Cache and the 3D TLC NAND. BTW. the controller offers an integrated 256-bit AES encryption.

On the back there are no other Flash components, but a sticker with further technical data.

Since we would like to give more information and some practical experiences with M.2 SSDs, we have now added also a field test page.
