The JBL Quantum Stream is just the right size in our opinion, is completely black and is mostly made of plastic. The metal base keeps the center of gravity at the bottom so that it does not tilt.

By the way, the stand can be taken apart variably and the microphone can be screwed onto a camera tripod, for example, so that it can be optimally positioned on any desk.

On the top is the touch surface with which you can quickly mute the microphone if necessary.

Although you have already seen it in two pictures, we have not yet mentioned the volume control, because there is also a 3.5 mm jack for headphones on the underside besides the USB-C input and the RGB illumination. The volume control can be used to conveniently adjust the headphone volume or the Windows output volume. Since the microphone is usually positioned more or less in front of you, this can be a nice comfort gain.
