Energy consumption …
The PC’s energy consumption varies depending on the hardware and load. We have listed a few interesting system configurations in the following table. During the consumption measurement of the ASRock B650E Taichi, all onboard components were enabled and all BIOS settings were set to “Auto”. By using the Curve Optimizer or by selecting a corresponding performance preset, the maximum power consumption of our system could be reduced by 25W, with a simultaneous increase in computing speed of about 4%. The power consumption of the test PC with 2x Crucial 16GB DDR5-4800 memory, Crucial M.2 PCIe Gen4 SSD and Arctic Liquid Freezer II 280 A-RGB cooler and Lian Li 850W Gold power supply was as follows without overclocking depending on the load:
