Today we test on OCinside.de the ASRock Z390 Extreme4 motherboard with the latest Intel Z390 chipset. As already shown in the Z390 Video, this motherboard offers a great basic equipment and supports the Intel 8th Gen as well as the newest Intel 9th Gen processors. Of course we again show some thermal images of the voltage regulators and overclocked the new Intel LGA1151 v2 motherboard with an Intel Core i7-8700K CPU.

The back of the box shows some features like the 12 Power Phase Design, Dual Ultra M.2, Full Coverage M.2 Kühler, Polychrome RGB control, and Purity Sound 4.
Let’s have a quick look at the content. The ASRock Z390 Extreme4 Intel LGA 1151 motherboard included a manual, a software setup manual, a DVD, four SATA data cables (angled and straight), three screws for the M.2 sockets, ASRock SLI_HB_Bridge_2S Card and an ATX I/O panel. Additional USB slot covers or an ASRock USB 3.0 front panel are optionally available.
As most high quality motherboards from ASRock, the Z390 Extreme4 is encased in foam for safe transport.
