Thermal paste comparison! Today we test a rather inconspicuous component on OCinside.de, without which an adequate cooling would not be possible. Various thermal pastes are tested today and we will find out if it is worth investing in them or if the supplementary paste of the newly purchased cooler is actually sufficient. We tested the Arctic MX-4, Cooler Master Cryofuze, Noctua NH-H1, Noctua NH-H2, Endorfy Pactum PT-4, Streacom TX13, Thermal Grizzly Aeronaut, Hydronaut and Kryonaut extreme as well as the Cooler Master MasterGel Pro and the Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut liquid metal.

As big as the differences are in terms of quantity and price, the packaging and its contents are also different. The Cooler Master Cryofuze comes in a relatively large cardboard box with a viewing window. The design is typical for Cooler Master with a lot of purple.
Thermal Grizzly has a consistent design across the product line with black ZIP packaging …
… whereas Noctua again relies on relatively large boxes.
Arctic also uses cardboard boxes, but they are much smaller.
SilentiumPC or now Endorfy can also be found in the foil warehouse.
Streacom takes a completely different approach and uses mini envelopes made of cardboard.
