The delivery of the Thermaltake Frio Silent 14 …
This is the box the Thermaltake Frio Silent 14 is delivered in. The packaging looks simple and valuable. Thermaltake especially promoted the included “low-noise cable”, we’ll discuss this item later.
Accessories …
Besides the cooler and fan, there is of course some mounting material included. This is provided in various small bags, which leads to significantly more packaging material but also makes the parts more organized which can help the assembly. The mounting material consists of two metal frames (one of them being padded), a metal plate and various screws. A tube of thermal grease is obligatory, this one is labeled with just the manufacturers name. As a special accessory the is a small 4-pin fan cable included. This is not just an extension cord, but according to the manufacturer it reduces the fan speed to 58%.
